DataQ Challenge Services
Got a DOT Violation? Let Us Review It.
Roadside inspection violations, inaccurate crash records, and reporting errors can affect your company's safety profile and CSA performance.
Not every violation is accurate, and you have the right to request a review of potentially incorrect information.
At ProSafety, we help trucking companies and commercial drivers identify questionable inspection findings, prepare supporting documentation, and submit challenges through the FMCSA DataQs system.
Whether you're dealing with an incorrectly reported violation, an inspection discrepancy, or an eligible crash record, our team can help you understand your options and navigate the review process.
How it Works?
Step 1 — Submit Your Inspection Report and Supporting Documents
Send us the roadside inspection report, crash information, or other record you believe contains an error.
Step 2 — Case Review
We examine the violation, applicable regulations, and available supporting documentation to evaluate whether a challenge may be appropriate. We may contact you for more details.
Step 3 — Prepare & Submit the Challenge
If there are reasonable grounds to proceed, we prepare an evidence-based Request for Data Review.
Step 4 — Monitor the Case
We track the agency's response and assist with requests for additional information or appropriate follow-up.
Step 5 — Review the Outcome
We explain the agency's decision and help you understand any available next steps.
